We are not a chain. Not a franchise. Not a pop-up inside a shopping centre. We are an independent clinic that opened on Stratford Road because this is where our clients live in Sparkhill, Small Heath, Moseley, Bordesley Green, and across south Birmingham.
Our street is one of the most diverse in Europe. South Asian, Middle Eastern, Black, and mixed heritage communities live and work here. Yet most laser clinics in the city still use machines that were not built for darker skin. We built our clinic around that gap. Medical-grade Alexandrite and Nd:YAG lasers. Our Technology
Alexandrite Laser
The fastest laser for hair removal. Treats Fitzpatrick skin types I through IV. Large treatment area per pass. High repetition rate. Ideal for legs, arms, and body areas on lighter skin tones.
Nd:YAG Laser
Long-pulse laser that penetrates deeper into the skin. Safe for all skin types, including Fitzpatrick IV through VI. The only laser suitable for South Asian, Middle Eastern, and Black skin tones. Also used for thread veins, rosacea, and anti-ageing treatments.
We chose both lasers because Birmingham needs both lasers. One machine is not enough for this city.
Our Practitioners
Every treatment at A&A is carried out by a named, qualified practitioner. You will know who is treating you before you arrive. You will see the same person every session.
We do not rotate staff. We do not send a different face every visit. Your practitioner knows your skin history, your settings, and your progress from session one through to your last.
Our Promise
If you complete your full course and are not satisfied with your results, we will review your progress and provide additional sessions at no extra charge.

By bus: Routes 5, 6, and 50 stop directly outside.
By car: From the city centre, head south on the A34 and turn onto Stratford Road. From Moseley, five minutes along Wake Green Road. From Small Heath, head along Golden Hillock Road.
Parking: Available on Stratford Road and side streets, including Durham Road and Stoney Lane.
Clients visit from Sparkhill, Sparkbrook, Small Heath, Balsall Heath, Moseley, Kings Heath, Hall Green, Solihull, Edgbaston, Harborne, Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Perry Barr, and across Birmingham.
