Guarantee Conditions
Our guarantee is straightforward. To qualify, you need to:
Attend all recommended sessions. Complete your full course as recommended at your consultation. Skipping sessions affects results and voids the guarantee.
Shave before each session. Shave the treatment area 24 to 48 hours before every appointment. Do not wax, thread, or tweeze between sessions. The hair root must stay intact for the laser to work.
Avoid sun exposure between sessions. No sunbeds. Minimum SPF 30 on treated areas when outdoors. Sun exposure affects laser effectiveness and skin safety.
Allow the full treatment window. Hair grows in cycles. Results build progressively. Allow your full course to complete before assessing final results.
Attend your review appointment. If you are not satisfied after completing your course, book a review with your practitioner. We assess your results, identify any factors affecting progress, and schedule additional sessions.
These conditions are not designed to protect us. They are designed to protect your results. A client who follows aftercare gets better outcomes. It is that simple.
What Happens if You Are Not Satisfied

Contact us and tell us you are not satisfied with your results. We will book you in for a full review with your practitioner at no charge.
Step 2
We assess your progress.
Your practitioner reviews your treatment history, current hair growth, and any factors that may have affected your results, such as hormonal changes, medication, and sun exposure.
Step 3
We provide additional sessions.
If your results fall short of what we promised at your consultation, we schedule additional sessions at no extra charge. We continue until we reach the agreed outcome.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
We are honest about limitations because honesty is the point.
Hormonal hair growth. PCOS, thyroid conditions, and hormonal changes can drive regrowth even after a full successful course. This is a medical condition, not a failure of the laser. We will advise on management and top-up options.
Blonde, red, grey, or white hair. Laser targets pigment in the hair. Very fine, light, or unpigmented hair does not respond to laser regardless of which machine is used. We tell you this at your consultation before you book.
Missed sessions. If you do not complete your full course, the guarantee does not apply. Hair grows in cycles. Missed sessions mean missed cycles.
Treatments at other clinics. Our guarantee covers treatment delivered at A&A Aesthetics only. Previous treatment elsewhere is not covered.
